REFUND POLICY

Returns:

For your peace of mind we offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all unwanted items returned to us within 30 days of purchase in an unused condition. If the item is found to have been returned in a used condition, we would be unable to process a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item the refund or replacement will be processed within 48 hours.

Each product also comes with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing fault. Please note, returns cannot be accepted on personalised products unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

If a personalised item does have a manufacturing fault, our normal 6 month warranty applies. Please contact us at contact@porterriley.com if you have any questions or wish to return or exchange an item.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
