Our UK Shipping cost is just £1.99 and is FREE on all orders above £40. We pride ourselves on our customer service and all orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday are processed and mailed the same day. All items are posted 1st class with Royal Mail, or Amazon next day delivery depending on stock levels.
For our international customers, all orders received before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Please do allow extra time for goods to arrive when ordering from abroad, especially for deliveries to addresses outside Europe.
For your peace of mind we offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all unwanted items returned to us within 30 days of purchase in an unused condition. If the item is found to have been returned in a used condition, we would be unable to process a refund.
Upon receipt of the returned item the refund or replacement will be processed within 48 hours.
Each product also comes with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing fault. Please note, returns cannot be accepted on personalised products unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
